Paper Lantern House – Make and decorate your own little paper house, personalise and light it up to brighten up a corner or your room.
Materials: Plain paper (any colour), fancy paper ie. wrapping paper, wash paper, ruler, pencil, fine black pen/white crayon, coloured pencils/pens, craft knife scissors, glue (PVA), battery tea light – not a candle!
Fancy Plant – Make your own low maintenance plant, with scraps of fabric,
embroider and pot it up. No need to water!
Materials: Scraps of fabric & felt for leaves, 1mm wire, scissors/ pinking shears, sewing needles, embroidery threads, pliers, loo roll tube, plant pot, newspaper (for potting compost), florists tape/masking tape.
